RETURN POLICY:
While most internet antique and art glass sales are final, our attitude is different! While we make every effort to describe and picture each item clearly, in the end it’s not quite the same as touching and experiencing the impact of a piece, as is possible in a brick and mortar shop. If for some reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, NOTIFY US WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECIEPT OF THE ITEM. SO LONG AS THE ITEM IS RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, YOU WILL RECIEVE A CHEERFUL REFUND LESS SHIPPING CHARGES.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:
Larry is a world class packager and we have successfully shipped thousands of glass items. Despite our best efforts, occasionally a piece is damaged in transit. (We’ve seen boxes where it looks like a piano was dropped on it!) For this reason, all glass items are insured for their full replacement value. We believe it OUR job to hassle insurance claims not yours! We expedite these claims with shippers, so we can offer you a speedy replacement (where possible) or complete refund.
Payment must be made with an international money order or cashiers check payable in US Dollars, or a personal check in US Dollars drawn on a US financial institution. We also accept PayPal. Please note that WE WILL NOT FALSIFY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DOCUMENTS by understating the value of any item that we sell, or fraudulently reporting an item as a "gift." You are responsible for locan Customs Duties and Fees. We will not accept items for credit that have been returned to us due to your refusal to pay the customs duties that have been imposed on the item.
